The primary role of the Communications Director at Pinelake Church will be to lead a creative team focused on branding the ministries of the church through story and creative outlets, like social media, video, photography, and print.

Lead a team focused on supporting ministries through graphic arts, videography, and other media.
Managing the creative process (concept to execution).
Focus on engaging storytelling to share people’s stories of what Christ has done in their lives.
Developing a process to grow ministries through story branding.
Managing internal communications workflow (request to publication).
Managing external communication mediums (web content, app, blog).
Carry out strategic projects.
Collaborate with other members of the leadership team.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree - Required
Seminary and/or continued education - Bonus
7-10 years of experience
Experience with large multi-site preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Tangible Leadership / Management experience in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or other related field
Spiritually gifted in Leadership, Administration, and Shepherding
Develop systems and processes from request submission all the way to the finished products
In touch with what is happening in the graphic design/communications world
Detail oriented
Able to lead and encourage a creative team
Excellent communicator who is able to help craft a message to reach a multi-generation
