The role of the Kids Ministry Director (KMD) is to oversee the vision and strategy of ministry to families with kids, birth through elementary school. The KMD leads the initiative of partnering with parents to equip them to disciple their kids at home and leads a team of kids’ ministry volunteers as small group leaders to connect with and disciple kids in weekend small groups and other strategic environments.
