Miceli earned her B.A. in public health with a natural science emphasis from Johns Hopkins University and graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Miceli served as a comment writer and then as the chief managing editor of The Transnational Lawyer, now the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal. Miceli graduated with her M.P.H. in epidemiology in 2019 and is certified in public health.

Publications and Media Placements

Prof. Miceli is the co-author of The Ultimate Guide to the Uniform Bar Examination (Wolters Kluwer 2021), which has been adopted by many law school bar exam preparation programs across the country. She has also written on the topic of best practices for providing academic support and bar exam preparation online:

Miceli is a member of the California, Missouri, Illinois, and District of Columbia Bars and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.

Community Work and Service

Prof. Miceli is active in the national academic support and bar passage academy, having previously served as the President of the Association of Academic Support Educators, serving as a reviewer of academic success modules as a member of CALI’s editorial board, and most recently being asked to serve on the inaugural advisory committee of Helix, Access Lex’s nonprofit bar review program. She is a regular presenter at both national and regional conferences and a go-to source for law schools located in states that are adopting the Uniform Bar Exam to speak to their faculty and staff on what that change means for their students and their programs. Prof. Miceli is a member of the California, Missouri, Illinois, and District of Columbia Bars, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
