Research Interests

Roper's research interests include mentorship (both student and new faculty), onboarding for new faculty/adjunct faculty, bridging the gap between clinical practice and theory, establishing practice-ready nurses, workplace violence prevention, nursing burnout, interprofessional education, and inclusive teaching.
