Â鶹´«Ã½ the 2022 Conference

The inaugural, full-day Be Heard: Women in Leadership Conference held April 8, 2022, at Â鶹´«Ã½ provided a range of engaging opportunities to develop new skills, learn about emerging research and engage in critical conversations with conference presenters and fellow attendees.

Keynote Address and Interactive Workshop

Megan Gerhardt, author of "Gentelligence: The Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce" and Professor of Management at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, delivered the conference's keynote address. Megan's session also included an interactive workshop.

Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions provided in-person attendees two opportunities during the conference to connect with attendees and presenters in smaller group settings. In-person attendees chose from five unique concurrent  sessions. Virtual attendees had  a chance join one breakout session online. Breakout sessions were led by:
