Critical Reflection
What: Empowers the student to ask questions on how they can improve their skills or mange the problem. Under the guidance of the clinician, the student learns to take responsibility for their own learning and identify how they will seek resources to find solutions.
Why: Reflection or self-assessment allows the student to complete the learning cycle from classroom to clinic.
